Three Blades Menu
If it isn’t fresh, we are out of it.
The menu at Three Blades is inspired by our love of travel and exploration.
Chef’s Sampler Platter – An Assortment of Cheeses, Meats, Fruit compotes, and honey. All adjusted to be seasonally local and natural
Smoked Salmon Platter – A selection of crackers, bread slices, brie cheese and our own low salt smoked salmon.
Surf and Turf – A selection of Fish and Meat served with bread and cheese, changes seasonally.
Deutsch Landing – A selection of fine bratwurst and housemade soft pretzel served with organic french mustard.
The Ships Garden – Carrots, Celery, and either Spicy or regular hummus.
Le Tour de Fromage – A selection of cheeses from around the globe.
The Aviator – Pear, Prosciutto, Basil and Water Buffalo cheese with tomato sauce and emmental base.
The Lakeside – Portobello Mushrooms, Mozzarella, Basil, Oregano and Thyme with a Tomato Base.
The First Officer – A traditional Marseille style pizza with Emmental Cheese, and anchovies.
The Young Gun – A four cheese pizza on our house made dough with our original sauce.
The Cloudy Night – Our Famous white sauce with emmental, mozzarella, mushroom and spinach.
The Full Moon – Our basic cheese pizza, nothing fancy, great for kids.
The Beacon – Find your way around europe with this classic meat lovers pizza. Pepperoni, Bratwurst, salami, anchovies and goat cheese.
The Catch – Ahi Tuna seared on a brioche bun with teriyaki sauce, pineapple and lettuce
The Kroque Kelly – The Bosses version of a Croque Messier with Prosciutto, green apple slices and brie on house made sourdough with a sharp cheddar wrapper.
The Flying Scott – A Portobello Mushroom Burger on a Brioche bun with all the fixings.
The Roamer – A full 1/3 pound* of buffalo meat on a brioche bun with all the fixings
The Crazy Bird – A 1/4 pound* Ostrich burger on a brioche bun with all the fixings.
The Hot One – Because every trip needs something hot – A 1/3 pound burger with jalapeño slices, jalapeño cheese and chipotle sauce (limited availability).
In addition to our House Beers and Wines, most locations will have full bars with unique and local wine and beer selections along with our Nautical or Aviation themed drinks depending on the location. Please check with your server. Corkage is $30 per bottle where allowed. Limit three bottles per table.

All the fixings for sandwiches include your choice of Ketchup, mustard, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, sweet pickles, dill pickles, kosher pickles, lettuce, tomato, thousand island dressing, red onion, grilled onion, garlic, and house seasoning or no salt house seasoning.
