You would think anyone could make great Pizza Beer and Wine. That isn’t true and Three Blades is the result of that truth. Mastering Pizza and Beer took years, Wine just didn’t happen, so the Captain changed gears. Instead of trying to make great wine, he started looking for great wines from great winemakers. The collection isn’t brought to us, we go out and find it.
